Indeed, I was not seeing in the correct way. Linked the PR card applicatoin and now it shows the status of card sent. Thank you for the clarification.

I don`t think they would "forget" to update, but I think it`s possible that in some cases the system doesn`t follows the "happy path" and some events are not triggered. Try calling then to see if there`s any update.

Strange.. in the status site (https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/mycic/home), the last update I had was in July, when I received the EcoPR. In the applicaition status tracker there`s an "updated" date in the top of the page - where I am assuming the GU appears. Also, someone...
