I'm following up on GC Key Portal and I can confirm that I didn't receive any update by email : ITA : 01/08/2023 AOR : 19/09/2023 BIL/MEP : 22/11/2023 Biometrics completed : 04/12/2023 25/12/2023 => BC : In progress / Eligibility : Not started Here you go :)

Totally normal, I faced the same thing. Actually, it took 3 to 4 days to see the update :) Good luck !

Update 24/12/2023 : Received my UCI as well as Bio metrics letter few days after the attached comment... Medical exam : Completed :) Bio metrics : Completed :) Background Check : In progress :/ Eligibility : Not Started :( Fingers crossed !!

Thanks for your speedy feedback, well noted for the UCI :) would you call it an uncommon situation or have you seen such delays before ? I saw people who received their AOR after me and currently they are seeing updates on their timelines... Next week my application will complete 2 months sharp...
