Yes you can. Your spouse should be inviting your parents with signature and provide all the required documentations

Hello all. Would like to check if there are applicants who are waiting from October month (Applied) and still having background verification in progress and if possible share your timelines

Also would like to know how soon you received visa refusal with your previous exp ? Is it after so many months ? Because least if they do that we shall get a chance to reapply despite of waiting

Thanks for the update . Thinking about the fast processing time I did applied for super visa . But my case is having submitted on Oct 2nd , medical and bio everything completed except the background verification which shows in progress still . Submitted web forms and customer care still no change .

Any October month applications which got recently approved by now at the final stage ? If yes kindly share us the timeline so that we will understand the officers are working . lol

I did submitted webform and reached customer care and their only response is to wait . Actually I have been asked to submit additional doc for my father which I did for his occupation though he’s retired . Will that be a reason for delay too ? Is anyone travelling on the same boat ?
