Yes, I did in personal details. I simply changed my residency and inserted Canada as my residence, then I inserted the postal code of my sibling who's in Canada and it was OK. I was able to moved forward. Also, I wrote a letter of explanation with screenshot to explained why I inserted Canada...

For me, l changed my residency. That is from Ghana to Canada then I inserted the postal code of my sibling in Canada. And then on the optional documents, I wrote I letter of explanation then I submitted.

It change when you chose the residency to Canada and insert the postal code
