Oh. I'm referring to the visa application tracking number which came in after completing my biometrics. I haven't received any after sending in my passport.

Please, I sent in my passport via private courier after it was approved, 3 working days ago. I haven't received any mail informing me that it has been received and my tracking ID says there are no records for my application. How do I know if it truly has been received?
