It’s really crazy as my bf AOR on 20 April and the Final decision was on 4 July and now still no Portal 1 email yet. We called IRCC two times and they said they made a note with the officer, however, 3 weeks passed and nothing updated! It’s so frustrated!!!

“We are processing your application…” I don’t know his PVO since he applied through an RCIC and they just send a screenshot of his application status page, but they didn’t call ircc for us, maybe he has to call tomorrow by himself to see why they process it so slow
