Hi in my portal it shows case closed and accepted but there is no update in GC key. Is anyone is in same situation.

Can anyone tell how long it take to get PR card if there is production error? Has anyone experienced the same ? I am waiting for my card forever Ecopr 29 January Everytime I call ircc they tell me to wait I need to travel soon. I hate this system Please help if anyone have clue
