Hi, is GCMS-NOTES the same as ATIP? it looks GCMS-Notes charges 19 USD, and ATIP only 5 CAD. I am confused, can anyone help to clarify, thanks a lot!

My daughter submitted the application under the minor 5(1) grant in Jul 2022, and the AOR was received on Aug 09, 2022, but nothing moved since then, just a couple of times of GU ( Jun 15, 2023, Oct 27, 2023) and everything in tracker shows IP. Does anybody have a similar situation? Thanks!
