I waited, but I think you can still apply. If your probation is nearing the end, go for it. By the time they start processing your application and you get your interview etc. your probation would have ended. I believe you can apply, but im not 100% sure.

If I remember correctly, I only had one update during the entire time and that was my language test. Nothing updated until the very end. Everything updated to completed together. I believe I submitted my fingerprints in like Feb, and had the interview in like June or July.

I answered NO in my application. But they asked for RCMP record check. My record said conditional discharge so they interviewed me I guess. I explained my case very briefly. I just answered their questions. It might cause some confusion or delay, but it won’t matter in terms of eligibility.
