Thank you very much! After uploading photo, do I have to wait for PR confirmation? Or is the second email confirmation of PR? I basically want to know when can I start working legally in Canada.

Does anyone know what happens if you already have PR portal account? Everyone seem to be saying after Pre-Arrival letter, they send PR portal request. However, I've already applied through PR portal back in March 2022. Will they request PR portal for me just just send ECOPR after Pre-Arrival...
