My tracker updated with the request for more information I was expecting after my interview. It says it will be emailed to me, or sent by letter. Do they actually ever send a request by mailed post?

Had my in person interview today. Very frustrating. They said none of my absences were logged in my physical presence calculator in my application...I 100 did though...but nope, they couldn't see them. So I have to do it again and send it back.
