Does anyone know what are the steps to expect once your OCI has been processed on the OCI status website? I'm not seeing any movement on the BLS website yet.

What are the statuses that it will show on the OCI status website? Mine is till showing under process and based on the tracker, it seems like it should have changed to something else by now. Worried that it won't get here in time for my flight out on the 29th of November.

Does anyone know what causes the difference in the processed to received time? I see some people have it in hand 3 days after processing and some get it in hand 5 days after processing. Also I'm not seeing anything at this stage in the OCI portal other than the ack - is that normal? Does it only...

@eas2lv Thanks! About the passport, is there a stamping process with my Canadian passport? Also just to update the tracker, I must have confused my dates earlier, my Ack is Oct 30th.

Where do you see the extra status? I only see Processing on the OCI website? Also I saw some posts about passport stamping, is that required? I have my passport with me, not sure how that factors in with the OCI process. Thanks!

@Gkaur3 Do you know if that is 10-15 business days or regular days? Hmm based on either it seems reasonable to apply for the entry visa and hope for the best. The only issue is the passport getting stuck but it seems like you can petition to get the passport back within 48 hours but I'm not sure...

Is there anyway to speed up the process for OCI, my application is currently in processing at consulate general. I booked a flight before the e-visa was suspended for the 30th of November.

Oh got it! So Oct 10th would correspond to the first column in the tracker and ack-ed means the date it shows up when you search for it in the OCI portal?

I received an email saying they received my package on the 3rd but the website shows the application date as Oct 10th.
