Citizenship test was updated on Sept 25 as Completed in the tracker. AOR received on Aug 25th. LPP is still In Progress for us. Is that ok too?

Me and my husband are awaiting for LPP. Its "In Progress" right now. Our ECAS status says "Decision Made" today. But our minor child's ECAS is still "In Progress" and her Background, Prohibitions are also in "In Progress" until now. Can someone comment if it is normal or should we be concerned...
