From the timeline I guess the VO is Slowpoke Montreal . I have submitted the photos on September 22 and am still waiting.

I have the same feeling, hoping that in November I can have the good news. I uploaded the documents on September 20

Montreal is taking its time, but the last ecopr round was earlier this month. I expect there will be a round during this week or next. If we read the comments this round could be the people who have sent the photo and address during september.
