Received PR portal credentials today from Montreal VO. It took exactly a month for receiving Portal credentials. (My representative told that he sent a mail to Montreal VO a week back. I am not sure if that worked)

Looks like Montreal office is very slow compared to other VO's. I am waiting for portal credentials for 20 days now.

Based on my observation, many people got it within 15-20 days. I am also waiting for it, it's been almost 15 days since my AOR.
