Hey Hey, so a few days after i got an email requesting my passport for the next stage. So if I were you I’d give it a few days as it seems to be some sort of glitch. Maybe even try a week or so. Good luck!

Hello I applied for a PRTD online through the PR portal and today I’ve seen it’s been returned due to ‘Primary identification is not provided’. I don’t know what this means, I submitted everything I needed to including photo Copies of my passport. I can’t edit Or upload any new documents...
