I think someone already asked this question in this particular thread. If you have someone inside Canada, probably your employer. Have them submit the TRV form for each child and the payment receipt, also print out the eligibility letter you received and mail it out to the IRCC office handling...

You didn't say whether you applied for a study permit for your son. If you didn't, then it means you have to. You will need to fill a study permit application form and also make the payment. Send the study permit form, payment receipt and possibly your eligibility letter to IRCC via webform...

Finally it came, congratulations to you. If you can do the submission as soon as possible, it should come along with yours. Make the payment and fill the form. Then you submit the receipt of payment, the study permit form, and also eligibility letter.
