    Exactly the same things happened to me on similar dates. My ceremony was on 30th Aug 2023, IRCC cancelled it on 28th Aug. I called IRCC every week But they told , Scarborough office will be reschedule a new date!!! I call IRCC today again, agent didn’t open my file and didn’t care.
