update : i just got today the ADR for biometric fees. I have payed, uploaded the doc and sumbitted. i hope that the BIL will not take another week(s).

yes, they first ask you to pay the fees and upload the proof of payement. Then they'll send your the BIL within 48 hours after the upload. That is what i understood from this forum :). one additional question please : what is the status of the eligibility on your Cgkey acount and on the tracker...

On my cGKEY the eligibility review is stating : we are reviewing the your eligibility. but on iRCC TRACKER eligibility is stating : not started. it is weird lol

Yes, I have paid for me but not for my wife since they have used an old biometrics taken in Frame of her 10 years visitor visa. So on Cgkey I see the reference of her BIO but for me there is nothing and no BIL yet for both of us.
