How many November 2023 applicants still waiting for the final decision? I have seen many December 2023 and January 2024 applicants already got approved.

I got divorced first and then applied for OCI

Do I need to send original Indian passport along with my OCI application? Also, BLS website says "Processing Fee: $1.70+ Courier fee" but I don't know how much is the courier fees? @forw.jane @abbas.pasha Please help.

I would suggest you NOT to apply for OCI until you get Divorced or remarried. Once you apply for OCI with your current spouse their name will be printed on the booklet and further if you remarry you would need to update new spouse name. Ex spouse name will stay on the booklet.
