Does IRCC send PPR on weekends as well?

I applied on 18th Sep (late night - 12:05 AM of 19th Sep) for me, my spouse and my kid. Biometric - 22 Sep SDS category No response so far. I have seen (from WhatsApp status) that some applications from 18th Sep are already approved but no update on mine.
