Hi I tried one time and got response the same day. I waited almost two months after my original P1 before trying KAI.

Generally, it takes 3–4 weeks for Montreal to send out P2 after P1, but it only takes one week to get ECoPR after P2

It's not normal. You may want to reply the p1 email again and say that you have replied it on April 3 and never heard back from them.

My background was "we are processing..." from the time I submitted my application until it changed to "not applicable."
