I got an email from IRCC about portal1(IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal) I replied with all my details in the same email. I got a confirmation email that they recived my portal1 details.

Yes i did follow up couple of times but no proper response from them. I don't think I have an existing PR portal account. Is there a way to check if i have an existing account ?

Portal 1 - Aug 23rd ( Replied on Aug 29th) With-in 7 Days timeframe Portal 2 - No Email Yet It been more than a month but no response. I called IRCC twice and they said few more days few weeks back but no email for portal 2 VO - Montreal. anyone with same issue? or any suggestions on what to do ?
