They wont because there is too much STEM applicants event from PNP or genral draw. They need to calculate that and give out the rest ITA to meet the cap. While there is not much French applicant in PNP or genral draw because all of them are in Quebec and IRCC need to meet the cap for French too...

same here with 468 lolll. If they do more regular draw, we may have chance but with this inconsistency, there is no hope :(

Well maximum you can get is 474, my Ielts is Clb 9 and 10. After 2 year, it will spike to 493 but now that score seem to be nothing.

The only program I found make sense to me is the OINP foreign worker where they rate you on education, experience and your annual salary. I think that one country want, high quality worker, having good job to contribute to the economy not someone coming and claim benefit.

That I dont really care because that fair trade they get money and we get knowledge. It is not because i pay high tuition fee then I deserve PR. My point is why as Canadian degree, get a good job pay high tax, contribute to economy and still not as prioritize as people come from out of country...

I have 468 which college degree and no previous experience in my country. Max can get for graduate with 1 year experience is 474 tho.
