All my friends who applied even after me and had VO Montreal as well received their ECoPR waaaayyyy sooner… for some of them it took 3 days!! And 98 days here for me LOL I guess I was just “lucky”… I saw just a couple of more folks who have been waiting since August too. I hope they receive it...

Someone who got their Portal 2 on Aug 18, received their eCoPR on Sept 25 - 38 DAYS of waiting...
