I paid as "per applicant". I think "family" will work as well. The amount for 2 people is the same. IMO, I do not think this is an issue if 2 people in one application.

Yes, PNP-Inland. My AOR November 16, and I paid Bio Fee same day later by following IRCC instruction. I did not receive BIL or any other update.

Same here. I got this email even I paid Bio Fee and submitted to IRCC via Web form on Nov 16. I guess this email from IRCC would be a general notification to all the applicants who did not pay Bio Fee within the application.

I have the same situation. However, IRCC stated that biometrics I provided for temporary application was invalid for permeant application. Therefore, I submitted bio fee via webform based on the instruction from IRCC email: Biometrics Fees for Express Entry applicants. Three business days later...

Same here. The status changed to "in process" this afternoon. It has been 44 days since I submitted my EEBC application.
