How do you know that there was a production error? Did you get and update in your Gckey saying that the card was being processed?

Have you received any updates as yet? I am in the same situation and just wanted to see how long it will take for the card to be processed after a revised photo.

Did you link your PR card application to you GCKey account? That’s how you would get the PR card application #.

Can you let us know whenever you get an update. I still haven’t officially gotten a photo revision email as yet.

That is strange. Did you try calling IRCC? They would be able to attach a note to your application stating that it is past due. In my Email, I stated how many days since eCOPR I have been waiting. In your case I would also state that your eCOPR will be expiring soon. Also, give them details...

VO - Etobicoke My husband(dependent) and I both received our eCOPR on January 25. We both received our GU1 on March 12 Now he received GU2 March 18 (saying his card was mailed) But I still haven’t received the GU2. Is this normal? I thought both card would be processed at the same time.

Yes you should. The samething happened to me. I just ensured that I met the 1 year before I submitted the PR application. My PR application was approved without it being an issue. Also ensure that the job reference letter you get from your employer is dated after the 1 year mark .

Yes that’s the GU1 another ghost update should be sent in a few days saying that your card is mailed. Do you mind sharing the date you received your eCOPR and your visa office.
