There's nothing to do except waiting. The website announce 64 days of waiting time. I am also at 7+ weeks

I have this message since August 18th and I haven't even received the eCoPR. If it can give you an idea.

I am waiting for the eCOPR since 45 days now, I highly doubt that I will receive the PR card in the 15 days remaining before hitting the 60 days deadline

According to the website processing time is now 61 days...

Many people submitted their picture in August and still waiting for eCOPR, which proves that Montreal VO is just completely random
