May I know which email address you wrote to? I sent several emails to IRCC.DNMISCitizenshipCeremony-CeremonieCitoyenneteMISRN.IRCC and CIC-Mississauga-Citizenship to inquire about rescheduling but never got a human response. I doubt if they are reading it!
