I too am in the same situation. I just filled out this form for my dad and got the primary identification error in the declaration section. I resent it. This is becoming quiet annoying. I did see it says the site would be down for Maintenace on September the 5 I hope this rectifies the issue...

It’s okay just continue as usual it is just telling you that as a precaution when I was doing my dads on i thought I was doing something wrong as well just proceed with the rest of the application

I am currently having problems in helping my dad do his it’s annoying. Everything it correct and says ready to submit and I still cannot get the ready to submit button to not be greyed out. Anybody still encountering this issue.
