I called, they said there is a clerical error on their side, however did not provide any specific information what is going on. In the end, gave me another file number (which could not be tracked so far).

"We've reviewed your application and can't process it further We've reviewed your application and can't process it further. We're sending you a letter explaining why and will return your supporting documents at the same time." CC charged today. However the status indicates something wrong...
