Hello scylla from which office does the PFL comes. Is it Niagara office or the local office that I submitted??? Please help me if you can

Her situation is stable now and donor will be me the husband. Plus the doctor mentioned as of now we are not thinking of dialysis but in the long run she might need it. What do you think we can get our PR in this situation???

No I am saying when someone passes all the qualifications they needed but the spouse didn’t why it matters for the other applicants??? Thinking from IRCC perspective.

No the nephrologist said if needed she is eligible for right away based on age and other medical conditions
