Essayez d'appeler le ircc pour demander des informations sur l'état d'avancement de votre demande. Try to call ircc and and ask them for information about progress of your application.

Hi, In some cases BG takes time to be completed. I suggest you to call the processing office and ask them if the fingerprints need to be given or if there are any additionnel documents needed. You have no thing to lose. Good luck

Both of them. Ceremony in your tracker truned to "in progress" and you receive after this an email about the date and details of ceremony.

Is your processing office Montréal too?

We are in the same boat. Montréal office is actually torturing us. They send emails to applicants to get exams but they don't do anything to push forward the BG check. They didn't clear any BG since the end of november 2023 and just sent 3 fingerprints request (I'm one of them). I don't know how...

I suggest you to call IRCC to know your processing office.
