I have got my passport. Below are the details. PP Submitted on 14th August for myself and dependents in Bangalore. It went under process at Delhi on 17th August. Received dispatch email on 25th August and delivered on 26th August.

I Also submitted PP on the same date at Bangalore VFS and its under process still. As per the previous comments we should received dispatch email by at most 31st August or between 28th - 31st August. If you receive any update earlier than that reply here.
