Hi, I was suppose to pick up my passport on the 24th but yesterday I saw it was printed already. I went at the end of the day (3:30pm) and I tried and the employee was very helpful and nice and grabbed the passport for me. I also received the new passport from the Downtown Toronto office

For some reason when I requested an invitation code with my main email it gave me a technical error, so I tried with a different email. I hope it won’t matter if it’s a different email since they only ask for UCI, DOB and application number

Is it normal that I had my oath this morning at 745am but I still haven’t received the link with the login to download the e-certificate? I do understand that e-certificate may take 2-5 business days but I haven’t even received the login instructions

I haven’t gotten the email yet so not sure if it’s gonna be online or in person. Mine was never changed from “in progress” to “not started”. I just got an update this morning and it showed the new date

I did. The day after the 6month period was up. Which was September 7th and I still didn’t get any response back. I’ll try calling again

Same boat here. Been waiting to get rescheduled since March 6th. I sent multiple emails/webform/calls and I even contacted the MP. Nothing seems to be working

Unfortunately still nothing. Waiting and waiting and waiting. I don’t understand how they pretend people to stop making plans in their lives without any timeline, not knowing when the reschedule will actually happen. Especially if it’s true that now we’re looking at 1+ year for reschedule
