    Of course, the conditions would be inability to find employment. But how does the province come to know if a person has left?

    Hi, Let's say someone landed immigrant and got their PR card. They now decide to leave the province. How will the province come to know that they have left? Unless it's time to renew PR card and a physical address has to be provided.
