    Nah I haven't heard anything back from the. I'm planning to just be safe and not change the spouse to accompanying. I do not want to jeopardize my OINP Nomination.

    I am running into another thing, The document checklist is still asking me for an upfront medical? I thought we didn't have to do them upfront now? I an if we have to, Do you know how do I book one ? I dont see any links to do so ?

    Someone on reddit said that its better to just keep the spouse as unaccompanied since the OINP nomination was granted at a specific score. Changing the spouse to accompanied might void the nomination. Not sure how correct this is but its a black box at this point and I dont want to jeopardize...
