We sent both fingerprints together in one package since it's the same application number, with both IRCC requests on the package. For us that took 4.5 moths

I I didn't add that, just letter from the IRCC but I guess you need to call the IRCC to know wich visa office is processing your case

Why would you need that? I added the police certificate request to my fingerprint package. I have everything complete on the tracker now, I never mentioned or know my visa office until portal 1.

I got the update on my tracker, the embassy also confirmed by email that they uploaded the certificate. I sent mines on June 5, so it's odd that you haven't' received them.

are you inside Canada? If yes, that was my case and on the tracker get's updated that they have received the documents

I see, I got a reminder from the IRCC about the Police Certificate, and with that reminder a new field appear on my documents section to upload the police certificate. I had to upload another letter of explanation about the process + the proofs of the emails and the UPS tracking stuff.

Hello, how did you get the response from the Embassy? I sent my fingerprint package (my husband and I) on June 2, and we have been sending emails to them but so far nothing.

ask to your local MP to ask for an update on your card. One of my coworkes called to IRCC and they speed up the process.

Did you upload the letter of explanation in your application or it was using a web form?
