Got eCOPR today! Timeline: Portal 1: July 17th Portal 2: August 6th COPR: August 9th VO Montreal Wondering how long its going to take to receive the cards.

Finally got our portal email 2 today! July 17th - 1st email August 6th - 2nd email VO Montreal

I just got on the call with ircc, and they told me that there is some issue that occurred in their printing department and that I have to wait. I got a bit lost, and didn't ask for details, but she said that it's on their side.

Same here, waiting since July 17th.

I've got the portal email 1 on July 17th, and still waiting for the portal email 2. CEC, VO Montreal.
