There has been an update in my friend's GC key Account. Under the documents status, " Your document is valid". That disappears leaving blank. No such columns from the previous work permit can be seen now. Does anyone have this kind of situation?

When was your previous expiry of WP? I m just trying to understand are they processing it from backwards, starting from December going to August.
