Hello everyone, I need help tracking citizenship application. I have taken my exams and yet I can’t create a tracker. I never receive the verification code sent to my email and I’m wondering if anyone knows how to go about it please and thank you.

I have tried several times registering a tracker portal but verification code sent to my email never has never been received and that makes me feel like I made some error. Is there another way to rectify that?

The application was filled March 12, received medical letter and completed that April 20. I received a letter for pre arrival services later. Now waiting for background check to be completed.
