I got my portal 2 on Aug 13, 2023... and replied on the same day too. Not received my Ecopr yet....

It's 5am PST. But it came on Sunday. SO I can't tell what makes sense lol

Guys I finally got my portal 2 at 5am PST today. Here’s my timeline for portal. VO Montreal. Portal 1: July 27,2023 Replied on same day. Sent around four to five reminder email. Submitted countless webforms. Portal 2: Aug 13,2023 Upload photos on same day. Duration: 17days ECOPR: still waiting

sorry to hear that. would you mind sharing the time line between the first portal (asking for passport details) and the portal credentials? Hope you get ECOPR soon!

I received portal 1 on July 27, 2023. I think I replied like 3 times. No response. and Yes, VO Montreal.
