Hello Congratulations! Have you seen the final decision on your profile the same day that background check get completed? My background check is completed on Mar 2nd but still final decision is not showing on the profile, last update shows my medical exam

Hi everyone I have recieved an email for Opt in option but I missed the deadline. my original work permit expired on May 30,2023. I just want to know if I apply for PGWP extension would I get the interim work authorization email? Or that's the opt in email that I recieved on Mar 31st?
