    that is an employment contract including job wage, conditions,and etc.. I need it to verify my work experience. An immigration agency asked it because I should add the previous experience to make a 1 year with my current job.

    I had worked without any contract at my previous job. When I requested the owner to sign the contract that I made based on the standard rule of Alberta, he refused it. My question is that 1, can I apply without the contract 2. if not, how can I get it. thanks
