IRCC doesn't have an official timeline for the PR Portal email #2, nor for the delivery of eCOPR. They'll tell you that if you call them. That said, ExcaliburJo is right. ~11 days represent the average waiting time between the P1 reply & P2 email. This is based on what has been reported recently...

Yes, I received the Credentials/Case Added email yesterday (July 11) and submitted my photo + address in the PR Portal. I'm now waiting for my eCopr & PR Card!

Don't worry. You can expect to receive the credentials email by the end of this week / during the next one. It seems like Montreal VO currently takes between 7-15 days to send it.

My VO is Montreal & my 1st PR Portal email was received on June 30 too. I received the Credentials/Case added email today, and submitted my photo + address - I'm pretty sure you'll receive yours very soon! Seems like sending a reminder isn't necessarily useful, I didn't send one

Update: I received the "New case has been added to your PR Portal" email (today, July 11). I just declared my presence in Canada + uploaded a photo from the PR Portal & submitted my address. Now we wait for eCOPR!
