Did you get your GU2? I also got my GU1 on September 19th and I'm expecting my GU2 since Monday. I didn't get anything so far.

Why was it in review again?

Actually, you still have to wait about 2 months to get your PR Card. I got my eCOPR on July 24th and I'm still waiting for my PR Card. Patience is the secret.

Usually, eCOPR comes within 5 days after your landing and photo + address submission. You will get an email confirming that you're a permanent resident, so you can download your eCOPR. PR Card, you can wait around 60 days after your eCOPR. You must wait for your PR Card to travel.

After you submit your landing on Permanent Residence Portal under Confirmation of Permanent Residence, you might get your eCOPR soon. I got mine in 5 days. Landing: July 19th | eCOPR: July 24th

I believe this is your GU1. They might send your PR Card today (I've noticed some timelines here and they usually send the card 6 days after GU1). Check your GCKey Portal today/tomorrow and you might see your GU2 on the day of today (hopefully) saying that they mailed your card. Good luck to you...
