My tracker shows that all my stages turned to green on Oct 6th, but the COPR is still not available on my tracker. There is nothing update on my IRCC account, is it normal?

The website says "If your application is within normal processing times you will not receive a reply from Immigration". what's the accurate meaning of "normal processing time"? Is it 6 months for Express entry or the dynamic average time 9 months now for PNP via EE?

A Chinese guy too Another case, AOR Jan 2023, EEBCPNP stream all passed except security check, can not see key word "security" in the Inspect of tracker history record. I called IRCC agent who told me that "security not started", other are all passed.

I am also in the stream "EEBC", 1/23 AOR, 1/31 medical completed, eligibility and BGC are in progress. No updates anymore
