Sent from VFS Jalandhar on 31st August. Received by IRCC Office on September 4. VFS Jalandhar staff told it takes around 7-12 business days for all process. Hopefully you will get an update this week.

Yes, I have the same issue. Tried a couple of times, didn't receive any codes and then received a bunch of emails all at once. Looks like its behaving erratically with the number of MFA requests going in to the server. Just try after some time.

I don't think you can get PCC appointment anywhere else except your regional PSK. You can get a passport appointment for sure as per my information. It won't let you book the PCC at another PSK when you enter the place of birth as an example Amritsar. You can go to Amritsar Court and there a lot...
