    Yes, that's normal. They don't update everything when the final decision is made. When you get your eCoPR then it will be updated. At least that's what happened to me. I received my PR card and the portal still says in review lol.

    Yes, I got eCoPR on August 30 through the PR portal. Did you check your PR portal to see if it's available for download?

    Yes, my PR portal still says in review for the photo. I didn't receive any update about it being approved or mailed out. I just found it when I went to check my mailbox.

    Most Portal 1 comes within the next couple of days of the final decision date. I got mine the next day after the final decision was made.
