did the letter say that it is dispatched to VAC or to the Embassy? Same question to you I've received a letter tomorrow morning (21 days passed) that my passport is dispatched from IRCC office to the Embassy of Canada and I am a bit confused

Hello, any luck yet? I've submitted my passport at Abu Dhabi May 16th, ther told me 2-3 weeks waiting time and no update from them, it's frustrating to know that wait could be even longer hey there, same here. How long did they tell you it would take?
